Hysterical Cloud is a file-sharing platform provided by Sentinel México ("Sentinel," "we," or "us"). The Service allows you to upload, store, and share files with others. We offer four different plans: Free, Pro, Ultimate, and Extreme, each with varying features and storage limits as described on our website.
3.1 To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
4.1 You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in the content you upload ("User Content").
4.2 By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
4.3 You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of uploading, storing, or sharing it.
4.4 We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
5.1 Sentinel México respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with all applicable laws regarding copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
5.2 We will respond to government requests to analyze, review, and delete User Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, as required by Mexican law.
5.3 If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, please notify us immediately.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SENTINEL MÉXICO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold Sentinel México harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.
